Telstra Mobile Plans are service level consumer mobile plans.

There are three (3) different types of mobile plans:

  1. Member Plans - 12 or 24 month contract
  2. Casual Plans - month to month, no fixed contract
  3. Phone Plans - 24 month fixed term contract with selected subsidised handset.
  • Customers who join on a Member or Phone plan are rewarded with extra benefits in return for entering into a fixed contract.
  • Member and Casual plan customers can take up a mobile repayment option (MRO).
